Research/Professional Projects
One of the three minors Maggie is studying at UNT is Home Furnishings Merchandising, in which she is often responsible for in-depth research projects and presentations. Here are some of her notable projects.
This project required me to analyze a client’s social media metrics, identify opportunities for growth, create a mock content calendar, develop posts, and include a SWOT analysis - all tied into a comprehensive strategy.
Social Media Marketing Plan
This project required me to meet with a fake client to come up with a redesign of their beach retreat home. This project includes client goals, concept statement, mood boards, floor plans, renderings, material selections, estimate forms, and a budget control sheet.
Interior Design/Decorating Project
This project required me to meet with a fake client to come up with a bathroom redesign. This project includes a challenge appraisal, a hand drafted 1/4” plan, hand drafted final solution plans including floor plan, elevations, and a lighting plan. This project also includes budget control sheet and all MFG spec sheets used.
